Digital Triage

From Monday March 25th 2024 all our appointments are bookable through the AccuRx portal. 

Available from 07:30am you will be able to submit a digital request for an appointment, sick note or administrative task.  

You do not need to call us at 8am to join this digital triage, simply click the link and submit a form: https://florey.accurx.com/p/M85081  

We will contact you within 48 working hours but aim to respond with a resolution the same day whereever possible. 48 working hours allows us to prioritise high priority appointment requests first, filtering out to those with routine requests last. 

Your request for an appointment is viewed by a GP who will clinically triage your appointment need based on your symptom urgency. All decisions are made by a qualified clinical professional.  

Our reception team will also complete this form on your behalf should you contact the surgery via telephone or attend in person. Reception will not be able to bypass this triage system to book your appointment for you.
