About your feedback
Our questionnaires may give you the option to leave your contact details if you’re happy for us to follow up. This is completely optional. We may not contact everyone, but all feedback is read and valued, whether or not you choose to share your details.
You may also be asked a small number of optional demographic questions. These help us understand whether our services are accessible and inclusive for all patient groups, and where improvements may be needed to support fairness and equity in care.
Your responses are confidential and used only to help improve our services. You’re welcome to answer as much or as little as you like, and you can always choose “prefer not to say” for any question.

What is a PPG
A Patient Participation Group (PPG), sometimes called a Patient Engagement Group, is made up of volunteer patients, the Practice Manager, and a small number of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Traditionally, PPGs met in person to help strengthen communication between patients and the practice, giving patients a voice in how services are developed and delivered.
How our PPG works
Our PPG takes a more flexible approach. Instead of regular face-to-face meetings, we use a dedicated WhatsApp channel to make taking part easy and accessible.
This allows you to share feedback, complete short questionnaires, and take part in discussions at a time that suits you, without the need to attend meetings or commit to fixed dates.
Patient participation is about working together to:
Improve communication between patients and the practice
Share feedback on our services and how they are delivered
Support improvements that benefit both patients and staff
Encourage patients to take an active role in their own health
Improve overall patient experience and satisfaction
What a PPG is not
The PPG is not a forum for individual complaints or personal clinical issues.
If you wish to raise a concern or make a complaint, please follow our formal complaints process so it can be handled appropriately.
